Studio Floor
On a typical production day, the Studio Floor is one of the busiest places within the facility. The 39' by 29' studio has a 26' by 26' hard cyclorama and a 16' chroma-key wall.

Versatility is the name of the game in this compact space. The Studio Floor has been used for a variety of production types including soap operas, sitcoms, commercials, music videos, talk shows, newscasts, and demonstrations. Linked to Hawaii Interactive Television System (HITS) on the University of Hawai'i campus, the Studio Floor can be used for live programming. Future plans include the abililty to"broadcast" productions globally via the Internet.

Though utilized by many facility patrons, the Studio Floor is primarily utilized by students enrolled in Communication 431: Video Production Lab I and various Journalism classes.
